1. Yoga Classes
Each of my classes offers a welcoming and supportive space to step away from the busyness of life. Whether you're enjoying a dynamic flow or gentle restoration, yoga nurtures mind, body, and soul through breath and movement. It’s not exercise — it’s a practice of inner awareness, a work‑in, not a work‑out, carefully designed to attune to the natural rhythms and energy of the day.
Booking Classes:
I teach on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & some Wednesday evenings. Classes are bookable in monthly blocks: £12.50 per class (£13.50 for Mindful Yoga) via the website. Prefer to pay cash? Just get in touch — I’m happy to help.
New people:
Welcome! You can book a trial session anytime via the ‘Newbie Trial Yoga Class’ button — it’s valid for all classes. You’re also welcome to book a monthly block, and if you’re joining mid-month, just contact me for a coupon or continue with the trial until the next month.
Over 65s:
Clients 65+ are warmly welcomed with a discount code in the booking descriptions offering a reduced rate.
The Healing Hour:
Held monthly or twice a month on Wednesday evenings. £15.50 per class. These classes are not yoga —they're a soothing mic of breathwork, stretching / mobilisation and yoga nidra style relaxations with a sprinkle of sound therapy. They use scientifically proven techniques to help bring you out of stress response and restore your nervous system.
Waiting lists:
Most classes have space, but if a class is full, you can swap, join the waiting list or receive a full refund — whatever works best for you.
Drop ins:
Available only for new students wanting to try a class or for monthly booking clients who want to switch classes, make up a missed class or enjoy an extra class.

Perfect for anyone in need of a nurturing, slower practice. This class is ideal if you’re seeking gentle movement paired with deep relaxation. It’s also well-suited for those recovering from an injury or managing a chronic health condition. We’ll ease into stretches and strengthening movements, with plenty of time for relaxation and connection.

This session is designed to cultivate mindfulness and presence through intentional movement and breath. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, flow into mindful movements that build strength and flexibility, and finish with yoga nidra, deep relaxation, or meditation. It’s a perfect way to reset, reconnect, and find calm, no matter your experience level.

This inclusive class welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. You’ll have the opportunity to explore postures at your own pace, with options to either deepen or simplify each movement. For those new to yoga, a one-on-one session or gentle class might be a helpful starting point.

Private tuition is a wonderful way to deepen your practice, no matter your level of experience. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet your individual needs, with a focus on creating a practice that feels accessible and memorable. From postures to breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation, everything is tailored to suit you. My goal is to inspire you to connect with a practice that resonates deeply, empowering you to weave it naturally into your daily life.

2. The Swan Method - A Uniquely Transformative Healing Therapy
This deeply intuitive and creative therapy weaves together my expertise as a counsellor, yoga teacher, and wellness coach, alongside my own healing experiences with shamanic practices and energy work.
The Swan Method is designed to accelerate your healing process through six personalised sessions, offering a unique blend of tools and techniques that empower lasting transformation. Sessions are delivered weekly or bi-weekly, and I ask for a commitment to all six to ensure the best results for your journey.

What to Expect
This method focuses on identifying and releasing the blocks that hold you back, helping you create meaningful change without overwhelming your nervous system. Each session is designed to gently support your mind and body, making transformation feel accessible and sustainable.
🌿 Session 1 is dedicated to understanding your personal healing goals and uncovering areas where you feel most stuck. We’ll spend much of this session talking, allowing me to tune into your unique needs. By the end, I’ll guide you through a tailored relaxation, breathing exercise, or meditation, and provide you with simple ‘homework’ to continue your progress between sessions.
🌿 Over the following sessions, we’ll use a variety of techniques to align your body, mind, and unconscious mind. However, the real power of this work lies in the healing space we create together and the loving relationship I will help you build with yourself.

Throughout our sessions, I’ll pay close attention not only to your words but also to what remains unsaid—your emotions, suppressed feelings, body sensations, breath patterns, and even how you speak to yourself. Many of us carry a harsh inner critic, which can hold us back in ways we don’t even realise. Gently and compassionately, we’ll bring these hidden barriers into your awareness so they can be released.

3. Astrology Readings & Intuitive Astrological Counselling
After many years of studying and embracing astrology, I have come to truly appreciate its transformative power. It offers deep insights into our emotional and healing needs, soul desires, and can be a powerful catalyst for change—making it a perfect complement to my Swan Method therapy.
Intuitive astrological counselling sessions are incredibly effective in uncovering the parts of our personality that may be hindering our progress, as well as identifying long-neglected healing needs. These sessions can be a one-off or part of a series, combining the transformative potential of astrology with yoga and counselling, or offered as a standalone service.
Astrology readings can delve into any area of your life that you’d like to explore further. You can gain insights into your core self through a Birth chart Reading, uncover healing needs with a Moon & Chiron reading, understand your soul’s path through a Nodes of Destiny reading, or gain clarity on the year ahead with a Solar Return reading.
