If for any reason we cannot fit you into your chosen class straight away you will be given the next free date for that class or can drop into one of the other days.
A full refund will be provided if you cannot get into a class that suits you perfectly.

You'll need a yoga mat for these classes as well as a blanket for Savasana.
If you do have access to your own bolster/props then please feel free to bring them along.
Please wear loose, comfy clothing with weather appropriate layers.
