Yoga for bedtime or simply for a deeper relaxation - can be done on a yoga mat as well as in bed
You'll need a yoga mat for these classes and it's helpful to have props to hand such as blocks, a blanket and perhaps a bolster. If you don't have these, books can be substituted for blocks and a bolster can be made with a couple of pillows stacked together.
