Eddie, will guide you through a Qigong warm-up routine followed by Yang Style Tai Chi. You will learn to move with power and grace while experiencing the profound benefits this ancient practice brings.
You can develop your coordination and flexibility regardless of your fitness level and injuries can be easily catered for with an advance chat.
Experience the intricate movements of 24 and 108 empty hand forms, the 32 move gim form, the 18 fan form, posture and alignment testing and pushing hands.
