🧘♀️ Restorative Yoga – A deeply relaxing and comfortable practice using props to support the body in long-held, gentle poses. This allows you to fully unwind, activate your body’s natural healing response, and melt away tension. No experience needed—just come as you are!
🎶 Soundbath – Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing. Using instruments like singing bowls and chimes, this experience calms the nervous system, enhances relaxation, and brings a profound sense of peace. Simply lie back, listen, and let the sounds do the work.
